The Arkansas SBTDC Network's Research Center maintains a collection of over 640 sample business plans for the benefit of Arkansas entrepreneurs, small businesses, educators, students, and other library visitors. Business plans are available at all ASBTDC locations throughout the state. The most comprehensive collection of business plans is located in the Little Rock Research Center.
Some of the business plans in our collection, as with other library materials, are protected by copyright law. No duplication or reproduction of these documents is permitted. The ASBTDC reserves the right to deny requests that exceed educational fair use guidelines.
How to Access Library Copies of Sample Business Plans:
Arkansas: Arkansas residents may access a library copy of our business plans by contacting their servicing ASBTDC office.
Out-of-state: As the Arkansas SBTDC serves only Arkansas residents and is unable to respond to individual requests, out-of-state visitors should inquire about access to these and/or similar business plans at their nearest SBDC.
Other State SBDCs: SBDCs may request business plans from the SBDC National Information Clearinghouse (SBDCNET).

Immaculate Cleaning Service is a sample plan for a typical service business. The Immaculate Cleaning Service business plan includes an operational plan, a financial plan, and financial projections, including start-up expenses, profit and loss projection, cash flow projection, and projected balance sheet.
