The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (ACA) includes a variety of measures intended to help lower premium cost growth and increase access to quality, affordable health insurance for small businesses.

However, the law also includes new tax, IRS reporting, and employee notification requirements that businesses must abide by to avoid expensive problems.
