22 de de septiembre de, 2015 por Sarah Ricard

El Agencia de Proyectos de Investigación Avanzada-Energía (ARPA-E) está aceptando solicitudes para su programa de becarios de dos años en Washington, D.C.

ARPA-E promotes energy technologies that are too early for private-sector investment by supporting energy researchers with funding, technical assistance, and market readiness. ARPA-E projects have the potential to improve U.S. economic security, national security, and environmental well-being.

The Fellows assist the agency in identifying possible breakthrough energy technologies through technical and economic analyses. ARPA-E Fellows also engage in energy technology development and interact with world-class researchers in academia and industry, entrepreneurs, and government officials.

This position is best suited for individuals with a passion for energy technology projects. A Ph.D. in science or engineering is required, but students who expect to complete their Ph.D. within the next year are encouraged to apply.

Interested applicants can view the job requirements for the position in the Job Opportunities tab of the ARPA-E website. The deadline to apply for a Fellows position is Oct. 16.
