Brush Up on Trademark Basics Aug. 12

How are you protecting your intellectual property? Aug. 12 in Little Rock, “Trademark Basics: What Every Small Business Should Know Not, Not Later” will look at the differences in trademarks, copyrights, patents, domain names, and business name registrations, plus critical factors in selecting a trademark that will be both federally registered and legally protectable, and more.
The event is presented by ASBTDC, the Arkansas State Library, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. There is no cost to attend, but pre-registration is requested.
Speaker is Craig Morris, who works within the Office of the Commission for Trademarks in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Alexandria, Va. He is the Managing Attorney for Trademark Educational Outreach.
