EPA abre a nuevas propuestas SBIR

Se anima a los empresarios de Arkansas innovadoras para explorar oportunidades de financiación federal dentro del 2017 solicitación Small Business Innovation Research Fase I de Agencia de Protección Ambiental.
The goal of EPA’s SBIR program is to support commercialization of innovative technologies to support the agency’s mission of protecting human health and the environment. The EPA anticipates making approximately 12 Phase I awards, each in the amount up to $100,000 and not to exceed a six-month term of performance. Applications are due by Dec. 19 en 11 a.m.
The EPA has identified the following research topics to address highest priority needs:
• Clean and Safe Water (3 subtemas)
• Air Quality (4 subtemas)
• Land Revitalization (1 subtema)
• Homeland Security (2 subtemas)
• Fabricación (2 subtemas)
• Building Construction Materials (2 subtemas)
Applications must be submitted through FedConnect as one document in PDF. Technical criteria to be evaluated includes the innovation, technical approach and technical challenges. Commercialization criteria to be evaluated includes the market opportunity, company/team, and commercialization approach.
Phase I awardees will be eligible to compete for two-year Phase II awards of up to $300,000 with commercialization options of $100,000 to finalize research and development and conduct full-scale technology testing.
