Henderson Office to Host Forum with AEDC Small and Minority Business Division

The ASBTDC regional office at Henderson State University will hold a small business forum May 21 on opportunities for current and prospective small business owners who are minorities or service-disabled veterans. The Arkansas Economic Development Commission Small and Minority Business Division is partnering on the free event, which will be held in Arkadelphia.

The forum will cover Minority Business Enterprise Certification and Minority Business Loan Mobilization.

Speakers will include Leah Hasley and Brandon Horvath of the HSU ASBTDC; Patricia Brown, AEDC Small & Minority Business director; Karen Castle, AEDC Small & Minority Business project manager; Anthony Armstrong, AEDC Small & Minority Business analyst; and Bill Wright, Southern Bancorp president.
