The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center joins three other recipients of Federal and State Technology Partnership Program grants in hosting the Proposal Lab:
- Montana Innovation Partnership powered by Montana State University TechLink Center
- Arrowhead Center’s NM FAST at New Mexico State University
- Wyoming Small Business Development Center
How to Participate
There is no cost to take part in the accelerator, but spots are limited. ASBTDC will select Arkansas companies from applications submitted here. We are looking for early-stage and established Arkansas companies with ideas for products and services that are new to the market and align with one or more of NSF’s technology topic areas.

Note: NSF requires applicants to its SBIR/STTR program to first have an approved Project Pitch. Before your company may participate in the Proposal Lab accelerator, you will need to have your pitch approved by NSF. You can prepare your pitch by working directly with ASBTDC staff as soon as possible or submitting it independently of our services.
