Whitney Horton, Business Consultant
Whitney Horton joined the ASBTDC staff in 2009. She was promoted to business consultant in 2011. Horton has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and completed her Master of Business Administration at UALR in 2013.
Horton provides potential and current small business owners with consulting, training and market research services to help them become well-rounded and prepared business owners. Horton consults on various issues such as starting a business, business planning, marketing, social media and loan packaging. Horton also provides outreach to the business community by working with local lenders and economic development organizations to serve potential clients with the foremost information in their community.
She is a certified Kauffman FastTrac NewVenture facilitator.
