The Department of Education will host its 7th annual ED Games Expo on Jan. 8 in Washington, D.C.
This free event will feature more than 150 educational learning games and technologies.
Attendees can also expect to see innovative forms of learning technologies for children and students in education and special education. Students (ages 3+), creators, and educators can engage with one another to explore state-of-the-art educational technologies and share feedback.
All of the games and technologies at the ED Games Expo were developed with support from more than 30 federal agency programs, including the Small Business Innovation Research program at the Department of Education’s Institute of Education Sciences, the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Health, and the Department of Agriculture.
The morning after the expo, members of the public may participate in “Office Hours,” an open session to visit tables hosted by representatives from 30 different government offices and 20 national organizations in the field of education. Office Hours is free to attend; RSVP is required.
