Business Specialist
Eyona Mitchell is equipped to assist new and established business owners with business modeling, business planning, strategic planning, marketing, developing and improving cash flow, creating operating processes, and assisting businesses to become loan ready.
She first became acquainted with the ASBTDC in 2007 when she was Empowerment Zone Director at the Downtown Little Rock Partnership, where she developed a microloan program for disadvantaged business owners. Eyona continued to partner with ASBTDC while employed as a management consultant with Communities Unlimited (formerly Alt Consulting) helping business owners get approved for loans.
In 2014 Eyona came to the ASBTDC as a client while a participant in central Arkansas’s first tech accelerator, the ARK Challenge. Her skillset expanded to include digital marketing and content development.
Now, she is ready to assist businesses as a member of the ASBTDC team.
She holds a master’s degree in Community and Economic Development and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. She and her husband have owned and operated a commercial janitorial business for the past 14 years.
