Owner Brian Alexander has 23 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He also has a culinary degree from the Arizona Culinary Institute.
Brian’s parents, Keith and Jean Alexander, assist daily with all aspects of the restaurant. The Alexanders work as a team to make every customer feel like they are at home and leave with a full belly!
The family reached out to the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center at the University of Arkansas at Monticello for guidance and assistance with starting the business. The center assisted with a business plan, financial projections, and preparations for the opening of the restaurant.
