Master Stress and Lead Your Business to Success: Healthy Strategies for Entrepreneurs
Join our workshop with Andrea Chávez, a Mexican psychologist and entrepreneur who graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at UNAM. Neuroscience psychologist, specializing in psychophysiology, Andrea focuses on the detection, control, and regulation of stress. With experience in sleep disorders laboratories and applied psychophysiology, she assists entrepreneurs in the preventive management of health, stress, and emotional regulation.
Andrea combines her academic training with her business experience. During her studies, she managed a vegan food business and later opened the successful Vegandru restaurant in Mexico City. This balance led her to develop practical psychological tools for stress management.
In this workshop, you will learn to identify and manage the stress that arises in the entrepreneurship process, communication techniques, and problem-solving with workers and customers, and how to create healthy spaces for you and your collaborators. You will also learn breathing techniques to control stress and how to set boundaries respectfully.
Don’t miss this opportunity to improve your mental health and that of your team, and to lead your business to success in a healthy way.
