The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center and its partners are hosting two opportunities in June to explore non-dilutive, early-stage funding opportunities available through the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs.
Experts from the National Institutes of Health and U.S. Department of Energy SBIR/STTR programs will be available to meet one-on-one with Arkansas entrepreneurs and researchers at the no-cost, in-person events. (Pre-registration required.)

The National Institutes of Health SBIR and STTR programs provide over $1.4 billion in early-stage seed funding for translating innovative products from the bench to the bedside. Learn about funding opportunities for biomedical innovators in Arkansas, as well as available entrepreneurial resources.
You will also have the chance to ask co-founders of the Arkansas startup NuShores Biosciences about their experiences with NIH’s SBIR program. Once you register for the event, you can book meetings with one or more NIH small business program directors to discuss your ideas:
