DeAdrienanna Jones-Black never really planned to become an entrepreneur.
She learned while growing up that she should go to school and get a good job after college. So that’s what she did—until her daughters’ scalp issues led her to create a product she felt she had to share.

Jones-Black’s daughters had uncontrollably itchy scalps, and nothing helped. DeAdrienanna tried everything she could get her hands on. But nothing worked.
She would even have to pick up her children from school due to their non-stop scratching. So she decided to try and create something herself to help her daughters.
Amazingly, the all-natural product worked and her daughters’ scalps healed.
“That is how Brewtifullyours, LLC was created. I wanted to own a natural hair and skincare brand because it was a necessity for so many who battled skin and scalp issues,” she explained.
She formed an LLC in 2021 but wasn’t selling products. In 2023, Jones-Black heard about the ASBTDC and began consulting with the center at Arkansas State University.
In February 2025, she officially launched her business.
Since then, her products have been selling not just online but also in many locally owned spas and stores. All of this became possible once DeAdrienanna was able to move past her biggest challenge—her own fears and doubt—and work with the A-State team on putting things into motion.
“I went from just branding and leaving things on my Canva to actually having a website and working on it,” said Jones-Black about her experience with the ASBTDC.
Her products include scalp and beard oils and serums. As Brewtifullyours continues to grow, DeAdrienanna says she will continue working with her ASBTDC business consultants at A-State.
“I would tell any entrepreneur, go check it out, because I love this center! Truly helped me from beginning until now,” Jones-Black said.
