Alia Paige is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of business management, human resources, and payroll administration experience.
After two decades in healthcare administration, she decided to focus on building a consulting firm that allowed her to use her own high-touch style of engagement to coach business owners and leaders in running their businesses, properly managing their human capital, and working through the pitfalls and challenges of running a successful business.
Alia is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the American Payroll Association. She specializes in consulting for businesses that seek entrepreneurial coaching, guidance implementing corporate infrastructure and policy in anticipation of scaling up, and strategic consulting for workforce development.
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Ind.
