Shannon Anderson has built an extensive career in human resources management, with over 15 years delivering HR strategy.
She has experience in a broad range of strategic human resources competencies, including employee relations, benefits, compliance, payroll and compensation, leave of absence and FMLA administration, recruiting and hiring, and discipline and termination.
Over the years she has built her human resources management skills in a number of fields and positions in large Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and startups. She has worked with healthcare, truck driving, insurance, human resources, administrative assistants, customer service, IT, maritime, light industrial, and C-level/executive. Shannon enjoys networking and making it her priority to delight every client.
Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and English and is currently pursuing her MBA at Purdue University.
